PRINCIPAL USES
Raseel-20210 is designed to assure a high level of cleanliness in the boiler system, especially on the heat transfer surfaces, together with a complete corrosion inhibiting action. The product supports internal metal passivation. Raseel-20210 can be applied in low pressure boiler systems without deaerator and on softened feedwater make-up with a total feedwater hardness of up to 15 ppm. By providing clean heat transfer surfaces, Raseel-20210 saves energy and reduces cleaning and maintenance costs. Raseel-20210 is not volatile and is in compliance with FDA and USDA regulations. Suggested maximum use pressure for Raseel 20210 is 40 bar.

PRINCIPAL USES
RASEEL 20211 is a multifunctional product designed for maximum scale inhibition, corrosion protection and internal metal passivation. Steam and condensate lines are protected by specific inhibitors. RASEEL 20211 is used for the treatment of softened boiler feedwater up to 2 ppm total hardness and a maximum operating pressure of 60 bar. By maintaining clean heat transfer surfaces RASEEL 20211 saves energy and maintenance costs. The product ingredient RASEEL-ELOX provides reliable oxygen scavenging and system passivation if deaeration works properly. Foam formation in the boiler and resulting carry-over are prevented effectively.

PRINCIPAL USES
RASEEL 20230 is a liquid boiler feedwater treatment designed for a maximum deposit and scale control, maintaining boilers at optimum operating conditions. RASEEL 20230 is specifically formulated for boilers running with demineralized, softened water or RO-permeate at higher temperatures and pressures up to 40 bar. The product is not volatile and can be used in food industry including dairies (FDA compliance).
For a complete boiler water treatment RASEEL 20230 should be used together with an oxygen scavenger program.

PRINCIPAL USES
RASEEL 21312 is a neutralizing corrosion inhibitor designed for use in steam and complex condensate systems. The product may be used at steam pressures up to 160 bar and temperatures up to 454°C.
REMARK: RASEEL 21312 is in compliance with FDA regulations pertaining to boiler water additives. Maximum dosage in plants subject to FDA regulation is not to exceed 45 ppm in the steam. RASEEL 21312 must not be used where the steam produced will contact milk or milk products.

RASEEL 31220 is a powerful antiscale resistant to time, temperature and pH fluctuation, preventing mineral scale in recirculating cooling water systems. RASEEL 31220 forms a particularly tightly-bound protective film on metal surfaces, preventing pitting and general corrosion attacks.

Raseel 31200 is a multifunctional product designed to help maintain clean heat transfer surfaces in industrial cooling water systems. This unique blend is formulated to inhibit the formation of mineral scales and provide dispersancy for mud, silt and other suspended solids.

PRINCIPAL USES
RASEEL 31240 is a broad spectrum, nonoxidizing microbicide for industrial open recirculating systems, air washers, and brewery pasteurizers and closed systems. It is designed to provide excellent control of microbiological growth and associated deposits. RASEEL 31240 is particularly well suited for use in systems with high levels of process contamination, as in the fertilizer, refinery, and chemical industries.

RASEEL 41210 is a membrane cleaner specifically developed to remove iron fouling from reverse osmosis (RO) and nano-filtration (NF) membranes. It can also be used to remove light calcium carbonate deposition.

PRINCIPAL USES
Raseel-41200 is one of the principal antiscalants used by the membrane industry. For almost 20 years Raseel-41200 has found application as an antiscalant and antifoulant in membrane systems using a wide selection of brackish, high salinity, process and effluent feed-waters.

PRINCIPAL USES
RASEEL 41211 has been developed for the cleaning of reverse osmosis (RO), nano-filtration (NF) and ultra-filtration (UF) membranes. Its formulation is based on an anionic surfactant and is most effective in removing colloidal and other organic matter.
During normal operation, reverse osmosis and other membranes can become fouled, which greatly reduces the efficiency of the system. Deposits build up on the membrane until they cause a reduction in normalized permeate flow, increases in differential pressure and losses in salt rejection. The effects of fouling can lead to poor water quality, loss in production, unscheduled downtime and premature membrane replacement.
A regular maintenance and cleaning program can provide a significant return on investment by extending system run time, preventing membrane degradation, maintaining lower feed pressures and extending the membrane’s life.
When RASEEL 41211 is used in conjunction with microbial control agents, it is effective against biofilm.
RASEEL 41211 should always be used as recommended by the membrane manufacturer with respect to pH, temperature, flow rate and differential pressure.

RASEEL 51200 provides maximum protection for mild steel, copper and yellow metals in closed cooling systems fed with distilled, demineralized or softened water.

PRINCIPAL USES
Raseel 51210 has been designed for use in all common types of closed engine cooling systems. The product protects ferrous metals, copper and copper alloys and all other metals including aluminum components. It should not be used however where aluminium is the prevailing alloy. RASEEL 51210 will not affect rubber gaskets or other non-metallic components within the cooling system.
RASEEL 51210 is particularly suitable for the coolant of auxiliary diesel engines containing aluminum components and is fully compatible with water/ethylene glycol solutions. It contains an anti-incustant and helps to keep engine systems clean and free from corrosion and scale formation. It maintains design heat transfer efficiencies and extends the life of the engine.

RASEEL 51230 is designed to prevent corrosion, scale and the formation of red water in industrial closed cooling- and hot water systems filled with soft/softened water. It is also applied in once through cooling systems and in domestic and potable water supply lines and firefighting systems to prevent corrosion and scaling problems. RASEEL 51230 has the approval of several European countries for use in potable applications.
